The twelve-member Board of Directors is comprised of three members from each of the three choir organizations plus three members of the community at large. The Board oversees the business operations of the three choir organizations and the Corporation itself. Each member serves a three-year term with four new members joining each year, as nominated by their respective choirs and the Board's Nominating Committee.
